AWWW 2010 Live 3D / HD / Online
In February 2010, Nineteen Fifteen worked with Burberry to produce the world’s first live global 3D broadcast. Burberry’s fashion show at London Fashion Week was shot in 3D and then broadcast live by satellite to bespoke locations in Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Dubai and Tokyo.
Each of the locations were designed to replicate the London venue and Burberry’s created luxury 3D glasses.
In addition to watching the fashion show, the audience were treated to a pre-produced documentary showcasing the making of the fashion show as well as live red carpet interviews with the likes of Anna Wintour and Kate Hudson.
Nineteen Fifteen also produced a 2D stream that was available live on Burberry’s website as well as numerous partner sites.
