Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nineteen Fifteen Productions Ltd (United Kingdom) and Nineteen Fifteen B.V. (Netherlands), together "Nineteen Fifteen", "we" or "us", handle personal data in connection with this website. We are the data controllers for the limited personal data described below.

What we collect

This is a static brochure website. It has no contact forms, no accounts or registration, and no analytics or advertising tracking. The only personal data processed is the technical information automatically recorded whenever any website is visited:

  • your IP address (which can be personal data under UK and EU law);
  • your browser type / user-agent and device or operating-system information;
  • the pages and files you request, referring URLs, and the date and time of access.

This data is generated and logged by our hosting provider and our content-delivery and security network as part of serving and protecting the site. We do not combine it with other information or use it to identify you personally.

Why we process it, and our legal basis

We process this technical data only to operate, maintain and secure the website: to deliver pages reliably, diagnose faults, and protect against malicious traffic such as denial-of-service attacks and abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR) in running a secure and available website. We do not use this data for marketing, profiling or advertising.

Cookies

We do not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our content-delivery and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to operate the service and protect it against abuse; these are exempt from consent because the site cannot be served securely without them.

Who handles your data

The technical data above is processed on our behalf by our service providers, acting as processors:

  • Cloudflare: content delivery, caching and security / denial-of-service protection;
  • Scaleway: website hosting (object storage) and server logging.

These providers may process data on servers located outside the UK and EEA; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Server and security logs are retained only for as long as needed for operational and security purposes, and are then deleted or aggregated in line with our providers' standard retention periods.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to request its rectification, erasure or restriction, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
